Beauty on Budget: Essence Cosmetics

Not everyone can afford big name brands and the price that comes with it.  Essence Cosmetics is the #1 value cosmetics brand in the world.  Known for high quality, on-trend products at incredible prices, essence cosmetics range from $0.99 to $3.99.

I received three essentials from this brand as part of a product review and loved it.

First up is the Sun Club South Beach eyeshadow palette with EIGHT colors to accomplish ANY look.  comes with applicator.  Great for on-the-go, nice sleek case.
Apply smooth and rich in color.  Although color is applies lightly, it's very easy to enrich with just a another brush stroke.  Retails for $3.49.

Next up is the Essence I Love Extreme Volume Mascara.  It features an oversize brush an intense color.  Look at those lashes go!!! =)  Retails for $3.99.

Lastly, is the Essence Liquid (waterproof) Eyeliner.  This is my favorite because it is something I had never seen.  The applicator is a flock as opposed to a thin brush that is super precise in color and application.  Retails for $2.79.

  4. I love that this is so affordable and great quality! Have you tried ELF products? How comparable are they (if you have)?

Great colors in the eyeshadow palette. That one would definitely come in handy.

    1. I agree... I have tried ELF and prefer the essence eyeshadows. My experience with ELF shadows has been that they are bit rough to apply and you need layers and layers and layers to get the rich color I want. These go on smoothly and a dab is full of color =) everything else I have tried from ELF has really been for lips and I like it very much.

  9. Love the pastel shades of eye shadow. The palette itself looks very chic & great for throwing in a purse for touch ups. Can't beat the price either! =]

  10. The colors look amazing, and the mascara looks promising (haven't had any luck with mascaras yet, unfortunately). Haven't tried any Essence makeup products yet, but I do own Essence's Where's the Party? nail polish. Matter of fact, I'm wearing it right now, and it looks amazing - looks purple, dark grey, or forest green depending on the angle! It's great that we're able to get decent makeup/cosmetic products without paying a fortune!
