Indie Invasion: Creations by Lynda Maid in Magenta

Creations By Lynda is on the blog again as promised.  I received Maid in Magenta as part for review also part of the Out of This World Collection out now for Halloween and inspired by Rocky Horror.

This pretty  is a magenta jelly with glitter.  Seen below with three coats.  Applies sheer and builds up intensity.  I loooove the gradient look achieved on the ring finger.

Since October is breast cancer awareness month.  I decided to use Joby Nail Art Stickers.

Indie Invasion: Two Too Pretties by Creations by Lynda LLC

I've got another set of pretties to show you that I received for review from Creations By Lynda 

Just look at her logo above and you know you're in for a treat.  Don't like cats but love nail polish.... you'll sure like these!!! (it even rhymed...well...somewhat!!)  :-p

First up is Creature of the Night.  Part of the Out of This World Collection inspired by Rocky Horror in time for Halloween.

Nothing spooky about this gold metallic shimmer but if there was, all other creatures would bow in admiration.

Next up is Calypso from the Kittae Trio.  A glitter topper full of gold flakes, and holo glitter as well as black and brown hex glitter in different sizes.  

Calypso is inspired by her late Calypso.  Lynda's kitty that she had to put to sleep several weeks ago that also inspired her new logo (seen above).

R.I.P. Calypso.  As a cat lover and owned by two, I know that you'll always have a place in Lynda's heart and in my nail polish rack! <3

Indie Invasion: Ember: Creations by Lynda

Look at what I got for review. EEEEEEEEEK and just got this baby last night and did my nails at about midnight with about half a light ... not bad right?

Good polish makes a good mani at any time.  Through the next couple of days, Creations by Lynda will be invading the blog with several of her pretties.  I just couldn't wait to show you this pretty.

Her name is Ember and she's a jelly described as a bright red-orange (but it's more like an orangish-pinkish) with color shifting glitters and full of awesomeness :)

Sorry about my index finger.. I refuse to file down the other ladies... hey.. it's not their fault that index decided to break... why should everyone pay the price.  :-p

Cobb Hill - Women's Sandals

As part of a product review, I received a pair of Drydock Footwear Cobb Hill Willow Sandals.  To my surprise, they came in a New Balance box I've always respected New Balance sneakers so I immediately thought I was in for a good treat.  

Drydock is located on Boston's commercial waterfront directly across from the city's drydock.  (how appropriate) 

I am a strong believer that life is short but heels don't have to be, however, when you get visitors from your home country and you live so close to "the" New York City, you wearing high heels won't let your visitors see much of the city.  So, ok! you can wear sneakers so you can walk the city endlessly but who looks good with sneakers unless you were working out or running or walking for fitness not tourism.  

My Willow sandals fit like a glove and with its foam footbed why not wear them all day and night.  I felt cute and just as important my feet looked cute :) and I had happy feet.  I wear them to venture the city, small town and last Friday, but shhhhh, keep it between us, I feel like I cheated on my Friday night shoes,... I wore them to a Spanish Rock concert.  :-9

These beauties come in different colors, my favorite is teal but was not available in my size.  I got them in tan but now want them in white and gold :-p

Even perfect for these pre-fall days.  :)

I admit I have promiscuous love for shoes but these stayed in the A-list for a several weeks now... that's pretty impressive... only sexy shoes manage to do that :)

I had taken amazing pictures but as you know, my kitties or the take-it-all ghost have taken my memory card to no avail.  so I had to take new pics.
I have worn these sandals like there's no tomorrow and look how well they are holding up.  I love theeeem!

Indie Invasion: Sick Lacquers (hint: Halloween)

First up.  I dont only love this polish but love its name.  It's Cornny Candy.

It's Fall Y'all

is a gorgeous super adorable (pictures do no justice) made up of a gorgeous array of fall-color glitters on a light pinkish-coralish base.

Halloween Dreams is made up of different size glitters all in halloween-y colors :) in a white base.  A little thick but still cute

Bloody Mary: Has got to be my favorite of all.  It has lots of metallic red and black hexes, dots, hearts and bars in a white "milky" base.
